FTP Accounts

You can connect to your hosting account through plain FTP or FTPS. We currently don't support SFTP (uses shell).

If you are using FileZilla to connect with FTPS
Set the encryption to "Require xplicit FTP over TLS" and use port 21.

If you are using WinSCP to connect with FTPS
Set the file protocol to "FTP" "TLS Explicit encrytion" and select port 21. Under Connection you will also have to check "Passive mode".
