After setting up your email account in cPanel, you can access it a few different ways. Springs Hosting officially supports the use of webmail and we provide guides on setting up Outlook.
Using webmail
Navigate to http://yourdomain.com/webmail.
When you login to webmail you will be given three options to use webmail; Horde, RoundCube and SquirrelMail. We recommend RoundCube. You will be presented with this screen every time you login until you set one of the applications as default.
You can toggle between or set a new default application by clicking on your email address in the top right corner and clicking the application name or the star.
Using desktop software or mobile devices
We provide guides for the most recent versions of Outlook for Windows here. Unfortunately with quick development cycles and numerous applications available for mobile devices, we don't have any guides on them. The device makers usually have documentation on how to set up specific versions of software on their websites. You can find your server information and settings here.
